If you want to be trendy and standout from the crowd....try yellow. I have a hard time wearing this colour in shades of Golden Rod or Chartreuse, but I can totally pull off a warmer colour, such as Amber, Gold or Mikado.

Hold it up to your face, if it brightens by it, if it sucks the colour out of you, but it back. Yellow was a major celeb trend in 2015, and it seems to on the back of celebs heading into 2016.

The easiest way to wear yellow is to find a very lady-like and flirty. If you're not into making a big statement, try a pair of sandals, a statement ring, or chic satchel.

Am I the only one that thought this look at the Oscars was a modern take on Belle?

Jennifer Lopez wearing a mustard Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown that she accessorized with Jimmy Choo Sparkly heels, a Judith Leiber Couture crystal herringbone clutch and Harry Winston Diamonds. This colour of yellow would be hard for most to pull off, but she does a wonderful job. I love the blood red lips and nails.
